RETURN POLICIES
- All purchases are final.
- A $10 surcharge will apply toward in-house consultation on custom perfumes (allow 45 minutes for this service).
- Special promotions and offers may not be applied to clearance merchandise.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
- Gift certificate good toward the purchase of products in the SoBotanical boutique and online.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Expires one year from date of issue.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping Methods
Choose from Three Service Levels
We offer 3 basic levels of service for shipping your order, listed in order from longest to shortest shipping timeframes (and lowest to highest cost):
* Standard - item typically arrives in 4-8 business days
* Expedited - item typically arrives in 3 business days
* Express - item typically arrives in 2 business days
(Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)
Note: Shipments to P.O. boxes can only use standard shipping. You may also be limited to one or two of these shipping options for larger items, for shipments to certain destinations, and for certain oversized items (such as refrigerators, for example) that require delivery.
To calculate when orders shipped within the U.S. will arrive, add the order processing time and shipping time. Deliveries to APO/FPO or other noncontiguous U.S. addresses may take up to 30 calendar days.
Business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware that there is no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays for items shipped by UPS.
