On Love: Writing for Self-Care & Connection

Join Kelly Laughlin, founder of Odette Press, for a love-centered sensory journaling workshop at SoBotanical on Thursday February 16th from 5:45-7pm. Explore ways to use creative reflection as a way to support your inner landscape. Through creative inquiry, community reflections, and intentionally paired sensory experience using SoBotanical's essential oil synergy blends, we'll explore ways to build a supportive, inspiring journaling practice while pairing together mindful practices for cultivating caring connections to the heart. Gather the threads of your senses as you build connections to yourself, those around you, and the beauty of the world in this season of going inward.

No writing experience needed. Bring a notebook and pen, or add on an Odette Press Map Journal in size Medium (choose from 8 earth-inspired colors on the night of the workshop). There are only 15 spots available so get yours while you can!
