Jess’s yoga journey began at 17 under the guidance of Ashtanga Yoga and Vipassana Meditation (to see thing’s as they truly are). She has over 20 years of studentship and teaching experience. Jess’s mission is to make yoga accessible for anybody who wants to practice. How we practice matters. You can expect that the physical base foundations or techniques will be modified or advanced for each individual. How you feel matters. Jess provides inquiry and meditation; because poses are not enough for a lifelong practice. It is her life’s work to honor the intrinsic value and sacred teachings of yoga with integrity.
