Are your products cruelty-free and gluten free?
Safety and well being of all animals is very important to us and for that reason our ingredients are sourced cruelty-free, we also use we use gluten free oats and gluten free baking soda.
 
How can essential oils be used?
Essential oils can be inhaled and applied topically in diluted solutions. Do not take Essential Oils internally unless under strict supervision from a qualified Aromatherapist. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Disclaimer: Essential oils are highly volatile. Keep away from sunlight and heat at all times. Keep away from babies. Keep away from children & pets unless stated otherwise in the product description.

 

What is the shelf life of your products, and how should they be stored?
We recommend using our products within 12-18 months of purchase, for optimal freshness use products within first year of purchase.  Natural products are best kept in dry, cool locations avoiding extreme heat and sunlight. Carrier oils and essential oils may be kept in refrigerator but is not necessary. And remember, products formulated with naturally derived ingredients, separation is natural!

 

What is your return and exchange policy?
We are a small shop and we hand make all of our products in small batches. We do state in-store that "All Sales Are Final", and we ask that you take into consideration the nature of our products and our shop before placing your order, and please contact us prior to purchase with any questions you may have.

Of course, we want you to love our products just as much as we do, so if you are truly dissatisfied with your order please email us at hello@sobotanical.com and we will see if there is anything we can do to remedy your concerns.

Do you offer free shipping?
We do! We offer free shipping in the U.S. on all orders over $100. For all orders under $100 we offer a flat rate shipping cost of $6
