is the founder and owner of SoBotanical Apothecary + Aromatherapy in Baltimore, Maryland. Theresa, a certified and registered aromatherapist, has been working in the field of aromatherapy and formulating body products for over thirty years while integrating holistic health principles. Her fundamental ethic is keeping purity and quality a top priority.

Meet Our Founder

Theresa has played a leading role in shaping the field of aromatherapy for decades. In 1987, she opened one of the first aromatherapy bars in the United States, introducing countless people to the transformative power of essential oils. By 1996, she expanded her vision with an aromatherapy education facility, hosting workshops led by some of the most respected educators in the field. Ever committed to deepening her knowledge, Theresa has continued her studies with renowned holistic and global leaders in aromatherapy. She is also a professional member of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), the Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA), and the American Essential Oil Trade Association, reflecting her dedication to excellence and innovation in the industry.
