Theresa Cangialosi

Theresa Cangialosi is the founder and owner of SoBotanical Aromatherapy & Apothecary in Baltimore, Maryland. Theresa, a Certified and Registered Aromatherapist, has been working in the field of aromatherapy and formulating body products for over thirty years while integrating holistic health principles. Her fundamental ethic is keeping purity and quality a top priority.

In 1987, Theresa opened one of the first aromatherapy bars in the United States and by 1996 launched an aromatherapy education facility where she hosted numerous workshops with leading aromatherapy educators. 

Over the years she continued studies with many renowned holistic and global leaders in the industry. She is a professional member of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy, the Alliance of International Aromatherapists, and the American Essential Oil Trade Association.

She has worked directly with several hospitals in Baltimore on projects targeted to holistic health and complimentary medicine.

Along with the retail and online business, Theresa works with other businesses in product and scent development. She is involved in mission based passion projects, some favorites include: Thistle Farms, PEHT & Hon's Honey.
