On clean skin use Gua Sha in combination with a light serum or oil. (Face Nourish and Super Seed are ideal). Light pressure movements will promote lymphatic drainage, circulation and muscle facial massage. Soft upward movements and then downward movements according to lymphatic drainage principles. Proper lymphatic drainage techniques and light pressure are recommended.
