SoBotanical Aromatherapy Experiences

Private Consultations

A personal aromatherapy scent experience for 1-4 people. One of our aromatherapists will guide you through a basic creation of your choice, providing experiential learning.

60 min - $100/person + cost of final blend/product (approximately $50-100)

90 min - $150/person + cost of final blend/product (approximately $50-100)

Group Blending:

An experiential learning experience with one or more of our aromatherapists. For 5 or more people.

$300/hr (typically 2 hours) + $50/person for cost of final blend/product

The additional charge per person can be processed with the hourly fee or charged individually the day of the event.

$150 deposit at time of booking. We require a 10 day cancellation notice.

Please note: there is a two hour minimum for parties of 8-19 people and a three hour minimum for parties over 20.

Custom Scent Formulation

Want to create a signature scent?  This scent creation can be used to diffuse at your business space or can be incorprated into future products for resale.

60-90 minute consultation - $450

We will create 3 unique scent samples based on your input during the consultation. We will notify you when the samples are ready for your consideration. Any additional edits to the samples will incur an additional $150 fee per edit. 

Premium Corporate and Business Formulation

Want to create a signature scent or signature product for your business? This premium consultation and formulation experience is perfect for companies that want the full experience and education that goes with each customized product.

This package is similar to the custom product formulation but includes more personalized time with the aromatherapists, two formulation edits, and extensive education for marketing. Customized wholesale products can be created through this process.

90-120 minute consult: $1000 per product or scent.

Event Space Rental

Use our entire space for your next event! Perfect for corporate team building, holiday parties, happy hours, special celebrations, and a one of a kind holistic experience.

Want party favors or customized gifts for your gathering? We have many add on”s available.

Event parties of ten or more include:

  • Tables
  • Linens
  • Candles
  • Flowers
  • Use of outdoor space with tables, umbrellas and fire bowl
  • Bluetooth speaker/music capabilities
  • Help with space set up (Bring your own food and beverage). (Vegan or vegetarian preferred).
  • Use of parking lot
  • Retail studio available for guests

3 hours - $1800 ($250 each additional 30 min) 

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due when the date is set.  Balance is due on the day of the event with any aditional add ons. Credit card required up front.
