Return & Exchange Policy
We are a small shop and we hand make all of our products in small batches. We do state in-store that "All Sales Are Final," and we ask that you take into consideration the nature of our products and our shop before placing your order, and please contact us prior to purchase with any questions you may have.
Of course, we want you to love our products just as much as we do, so if you are truly dissatisfied with your order please email us at email@example.com and we will see if there is anything we can do to remedy your concerns.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We try our best to ship same-day on weekdays. We offer free shipping in the U.S. on all orders over $75. For all orders under $75 we offer a flat rate shipping cost of $8.
We can't wait for you to get your hands on our products! You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. You can follow the tracking for your most up to date order status. If you still have questions, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we are not able to apply gift cards during checkout at this time. If you have an existing gift card that you would like to apply to your online order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us @sobotanical and we will issue you a code for the remaining balance to use at checkout! Please note that Gift Cards are still valid for in store purchases.
