Hi TW, So glad you like the product! Since your order was placed right before our region had a snowstorm, there was a slight delay in processing your order. We did package it as soon as we were able and dropped it off to USPS 4 days after you placed your order. Looking at the tracking it looks like your package was delayed by the weather once USPS had possesion of it and it went through multiple stops along the way, so that affected it's progress as well. Happy it made it to you by the date you needed it, but agree USPS took longer than usual. We do try to get our orders out as soon as possible, but sometimes there are delays that are beyond our control, especially this time of year with inclement weather. Hope you continue to enjoy your oil and you won't hold the USPS delays against us.
